### 1. Add Batch Recipe Fields to Menu Item Form Views

You need to add batch recipe selection fields to the menu item form views. Add these fields in the appropriate sections:

**For CreateMenuItem view** (`resources/views/livewire/forms/create-menu-item.blade.php`):
- Add batch recipe dropdown (only show if Inventory module is active)
- Add serving size field
- Add these fields in the variation section as well

**For UpdateMenuItem view** (`resources/views/livewire/forms/update-menu-item.blade.php`):
- Same as above
